The following recruitment procedures are followed as guideline to ensure the company recruits the best candidates for job vacancies
available from time to time.
- General Conditions
- Permanent staffs are recruited by competitive examination only.
- Masterpiece security services Ltd guards’ recruitment ensures that com- petition is open to all Kenya nationals irrespective of gender, tribe, race or region.
- Vacancy notices are advertised on the newspaper that include a job description and list the requirements which candidates wishing to participate must meet.
- Asking existing staff and friends to send us job seekers, whom they have vouched for, recommended and agreed to remain their referees. (e) We also have one day in a week for recruitment to ensure we maintain a database of prospective candidates.
- The selection procedure consist of two stages; short listing and an oral interview.
- Only those candidates who meet the required standard at each stage will be invited to proceed.
- All applicants receive a written reply by letter, either positive or nega- tive, after each stage of the selection procedure.
The interview panel shortlist candidates on the bases of their qualifications and professional experience. Candidates must have the following basic requirements;

- Academic Qualification

- National ID
- Pin Certificate
- NSSF
- NHIF
- Good Conduct
